All Furnasia Products have two kinds of warranties bundled with them. Transit Warranty: In case the product comes damaged in transit and the damage is something that can't be quickly done on your premise (for example screws getting loose, or small scratch, in which case we repair the item), or we replace the product and send you a fresh product (in case parts come broken or item comes broken due to mishandling, bad roads etc) Manufacturing warranty: The product is covered in terms of any manufacturing fault, bad joinery, bad wood quality or any such issues. Again no questions asked, our team will send a service partner after you raise a complaint and we will promptly replace the item if the issue can't be repaired on the spot.
